Had an issue with my power steering column. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had very clear and fast communication, and repaired it quickly. I was overall very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

While they did a great job repairing my exhaust pipe, they neglected to fix my skid plate that was rubbing on my power steering pulley. They claimed they wouldn't work on it due to the skid plate being aftermarket, however now my power steering is gone and I am yet again taking it in to another shop. I would much rather you try to fix the issue rather than not just for me to have more issues. Seems like malpractice to me. Also, the "warranty" I was given was nonexistent according to the warranty company since 2020. I made several calls between the shop and the warranty company, and neither were on the same page. Major oversight on the shop's part.
