While visiting Lexington from Florida the "check engine" light came on in my Jeep. I ran a diagnostic app (FIXD) and got a curious report: "Implausible Fuel Volume Message Received." Concerned that the light might presage other troubles, I scheduled an appointment with 5-Star. After the mechanic confirmed that the app was apparently correct, I was given 2 options: Drive it as it is or have 5-Star drop the fuel tank and check the fuel pump (a little over $300) and possibly replace the fuel pump (an additional $300 or so). I elected option 1. When I picked up the car I was pleasantly shocked to find there was no charge. If I need service when in or near Lexington, I'll definitely choose 5-Star. It's hard to find such great customer service and integrity.
