The service was timely. They got us in and fixed the price was acceptable and the work was good. The people were very nice friendly and did the repair way sooner than we expected. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely return in the future if we need a good honest mechanic with reasonable prices. Hope we dont need any more work done soon but it's nice to know we have a good mechanic we can count on.

Excellent customer service. My pads and rotors up front were replaced, shoes and drums cleaned and adjusted to function properly, and fluid flushed and replaced. My car was given a complete safety inspection and another issue was diagnosed. Price was good and work was completed quickly. Very happy I chose this shop and i definitely recommend and will use again.

Everyone at 5 Star was amazing I am very satisfied with the work they did on my car I will be returning in the future I would recommend anyone to go to 5 Star they are the best.

We needed suspension fixes in back, 5 star was recommended and we took the chance. I’m glad we did, they took their time and made sure our car was properly taken care of. We also needed an oil change and they got us full synthetic for a fraction of the prices as Nissan would. Thankful for 5 star and their repairs come with a warranty so we can get them taken care of if anything.

The folks at 5 star auto were great! I scheduled an appointment online, and they called the next day to confirm with me. Ellen and Ryan were so nice as I was dropping off my car for loud engine noises. Ellen called me later and let me know what they found and talked me through a few different options for fixing it. Pricing was fair, and service was very good. I'm fairly new to Lexington, and have tried a few different shops, but I'll definitely be coming back here!
