I wish I could give 6 stars to this place, they did some work on my truck no other place could do in my time frame, and took really fine job,RYAN THE OWNER IS LIKE ,LIKE LARRY THE CABLE MAN, GIT R DONE GUY, PLEASE GIVE FIVE STARS A CHANCE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR AUTO NEEDS. RYAN LOVES CHALLENGES!!!!, AND HE USELY WINS.

Just took two vehicles to 5 Star Auto. We were called quickly with estimates and the work was excellent. Highly recommend 5 Star!

Ryan did a good job addressing the problem; and he did it in a timely manner. My problem (poor battery connectors preventing my car from starting) was addressed--this time with new connectors in a timely manner. However, I wished the worn out connectors and worn out battery were "verbally" reported to me when I picked the car up from the shop last week. It would have saved me from having to have the car towed in some many times for related ignition problems.

I had an aftermarket exhaust installation and oil change done. Great service and the guys gave me a few good laughs! Would recommend this place to anyone.

I had problems I was struggling to locate in my vehicle 5 star found my issues and consulted me before any work was done. They were extremely professional and when I left my vehicle was running like it was brand new. I will use 5 star from now on hands down best mechanic shop in Lexington!!!

Everyone in the office and in the garage is friendly and professional. They stand by their work and offer fair prices. I’ve gone to other places for estimates and been told it’s a major issue with expensive costs. At Five Star they discovered the true issue and fixed it with much more reasonable costs. I trust their work and their word.

I highly recommend 5 Star over any car dealer automotive shop or local oil change companies. Family run business is always better and safe.

I love this place. It is so hard to find reliable and trustworthy places to work on your car. They always get me in and out, they're kind, and never try to sell me on something that I don't need (affordability is important to a college student). I have been a customer for years and I do not see that changing. Thanks Ryan, Ellen, and everyone for always taking good care of me.
