Our first time using this shop and we were very happy with the service received! We had 2 tire pressure sensors replaced on my mother’s 2015 Kia Forte and felt as if the price was very fair. We dropped the car off after hours the evening before and they called to get us an estimate before lunch the next day and had it ready for us to pick up that afternoon. Very pleased. Highly recommend! Will continue to use this local shop!

This is my second time here. They got me in and out fast, did not try to tell me everything wrong with my car, just did their job good and sent me on my way. :) Will be coming back!

Friendly employees. They took me in the same day I called. Reasonable price for the reason I went in and they fixed my problem in a very fashionable time. Definitely recommend and will return if I have any more problems.

I have been a Five Star customer for many years. They have done many things like new tires and brakes, and I have always been satisfied with their work and professionalism. I am confident that if I was not happy they would listen and do their best to get it right. They recently fixed a tire with a nail in it. I had an appointment and was there about an hour. They fixed the hole and added air to the recommended level. They give a military discount which I appreciate.

Have been using 5-Star for several years now and will continue to do so. Ryan goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied and the work is done correctly. He's an on- hands business owner, and I have always felt he runs a very honest business. I would highly recommend his shop to everybody.

I have recently been using 5 Star Auto Repair, Leestown Rd., and they have been great, and reasonable with price. I have family members also now using 5 Star, for all our repairs I have dealt with Ellen in making appointments, and repair request, then their mechanics do the rest!! I see no reason to go anywhere else. They also follow up with us after repairs, to see if everything working as it should. 5 star auto installed an after market exhaust system for me. I was impressed by their professionalism of service and customer skills. I would certainly refer 5 Star to my friends and family.

My experience was great. They went above and beyond to make sure they diagnosed my car with the correct problem and offered fixes. They were timely and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do to fix it. I felt very welcome in this shop and Ellen explained everything so I could understand what was happening. The prices were fair and I absolutely love that they have a warranty with their services. Makes me feel confident in them. Will recommend to anyone.
