I've been taking my vehicles to 5-Star for several years. I've always had great service. They always call with a thorough estimate before starting any major work. And I almost always get my vehicle back the same day. Update: just got my vehicle back after some necessary repairs. It drives like new again. Brakes are great and I can already tell that the tune up will help the gas mileage and power. Update 8/12/2020: Had a brake issue and was able to get the car fixed the same day. Parts were under warranty so it was all covered. No hassle.

I scheduled an a/c diagnostic and service appointment and threw in a last minute request for an oil change on a Friday. I had my car back within a few hours, a/c fixed and working wonderfully as well as the oil change completed. Upon inspection, they discovered a concern with my rear wheel bearing and battery terminal. They immediately reached out to discuss. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. That service was completed in a few hours as well and made a huge difference in my car’s handling. Extremely professional, reasonably priced, and amazing service! If I could give this team a higher rating, I would. I appreciate the above and beyond service, you just don’t find that everywhere!

I have always found this place helpful. Anytime I have an issue they bend over backwards to fix it. I find them honest as well. I am a female and very often find car places taking advantage of me. Five star is honest and tells me what can and can’t wait to be fixed. I’m in college so budgeting is very important. I will be going to this place again!

They were able to quickly identify and correct an exhaust problem that had been driving me crazy; I had taken it to multiple places including a dealership to find the problem to no avail. I had also gotten my rear calipers+pads replaced the same day. All for a very good price and quick service!
