I don't think anyone really enjoys taking their car into the shop. But as a young female I used to dread it because I always felt I was judged for not knowing what was wrong or that my lack of knowledge would mean I was getting ripped off. I love coming in to talk to the ladies at the counter and it's really a judgment free zone. They make sure you know what shows up on your car and charge you fairly for it. It's the only place I've been to more than once!

I have used five star for 15 years. I had a Pontiac Aztek the had over 300,000 miles on it and the only reason it was still running was because of five-star. They provide great service and don't try to cheat you and recommend Services you don't need.

They are great in making sure that you’re updated on whats happening with your car so that you know everything that’s going on. I come to them every time and am always satisfied with the value of my service!

I've been taking cars to 5-Star for 12 years. They're always fair and honest. They'll even let you know if you can wait on a repair or if you need to take care of something immediately. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

So pleased with this shop Right from the start elaine was welcoming and fit me in as i showed up without sn appointment to finish a running board install that two other garages could not finish.
