Does great work

This may sound hard to believe but I’ve trusted my vehicles to 5-Star since it opened and never had a complaint. During my career, I was required to drive to northern, central, and eastern Kentucky. The 5-Star, management, mechanics, and frontline staff made sure I was and am road-ready and safe. Everyone is very friendly and keeps excellent records on my vehicle and prepares me for what I can expect for routine maintenance down the road. I have recommended many friends and professional acquaintances over the years who have been equally satisfied. I fully trust 5-Star, which is a great feeling of relief. The only thing they could improve on is to replace their complimentary candy with some chocolate treats! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The staff is friendly and communicates well. My car is driving very smoothly since the tie rod ends were replaced. Great job!

I went in for an oil change and alignment and left with basically a new car! They even fixed the shaking on my car that I’ve had looked at before and no one could ever figure out. Great customer service, I’m very happy!

Excellent communication and service!

When you feel sick, you see a physician. When you get hurt, you go to the hospital. When your vehicle needs servicing, you go to 5 star. This place holds the standard that high. They provide options on repairs whenever possible, and they are more dependable than the weather forecast. If I'm traveling out of state and the check engine light comes on, my first thought is "I hope I can make it back home to get it to 5 star."
