It was a quick in and out. I had my exhaust worked on, Ryan showed me my different options. Once I chose one the very next day he had all that he needed and had me out of there within the hour. Extremely friendly!

you guys may not have fixed my issue but with the knowledge you gave me and a bit of tinkering i was able to resolve my issue. big props for taking care of your costumers and providing great feed back. thanks again and i will be back

I went in to get an estimate on fixing my exhaust and they made sure to give me my options and did a great inspection. It took them less than 2 hours to fix and they explained everything in great detail so I would know what is going on. They even went the extra mile to check on another problem I d concerned about and have me an estimate. Everyone was so kind. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a shop. My car runs better than ever. Thank you 5stsr staff!

Great business, friendly people, honest work and good prices.

Staff was friendly and helpful and seemed trustworthy. I used a Groupon. The first time I called to use it, they were backed up, so I had to wait a while. Not a problem for me, because I purchased it well in advance of the need. Service took a bit longer than I expected, but I would rather experience that in lieu of not being thorough. Good experience overall. I would use again.

Had some work done to my 2004 Honda Element. Was completed within the day and runs like a dream. Highly Recommend.

5 Star is to be commended for their honesty and integrity. I had a recent experience in which additional repairs were required when one repair led to another part breaking. 5 Star took responsibility for what happened. They very easily could have charged me but instead they took care of it themselves. When it wasn’t ready in time and I desperately needed a car they provided a rental. All of this when all I wanted was an oil change. In the end 5 Star deserves kudos for being honest and responsive to their customer. I would recommend them to others.

5 stars just like it's name. Premium services and fair prices

No business has ever been more literally named. I had a major repair that I was quoted 2-3 weeks turn around time by 28/30 repair shops I called in and around Lexington for the initial diagnosis of my problem . Not only did 5 star get it done in 1/3 of the time but they also quoted me and charged me much less than any other shop in central Ky. The shop managers and mechanics were all extremely helpful and friendly. When I was waiting for a while to get my vehicle on the day i picked it up, I had 3 customers sit down and talk to me about what an amazing shop it is and how long they have been coming there. That same day a part came loose as they were doing a final check so I could drive home, they not only had a replacement part there in 5 minutes, they paid the cost to install it and cost of the part as I had already settled up on my bill. This is one of the last places I found online for the repair I needed but will be the first place I call for repairs/maintenance in the future. If you don't take you vehicle to 5 Star, you're making a huge mistake. Thank you to everyone there who took a huge problem/experience in my life and turned it into a positive one.
