Top Notch. Professional. Reasonably priced. Upfront. Responsive. Most of all, the shop is honest. They will not work on anything that doesn't need fixing. They will get your okay before working on anything. I picked up my 2006 Subaru Forester a week ago and all problems is resolved. So very impressed. Already made a referral. If they follow through, they won't regret it. Shout out to Ellen. Ellen at the front desk makes quick work from start to finish. She is the liason between cusomer and the shop. A total professional.

I couldn’t be more pleased. I took my car in for a second opinion, and Five-Star quickly found a problem the first place hadn’t. Five-Star explained the problem, addressed the problem, and got my car functioning normally again. I will definitely go back.

This service station is run by real people who understand and appreciate that real life happens. I was left stranded in Lexington after a deer strike. They kindly modified their schedule to do a significant amount of work on my vehicle and got me back on the road in a timely manner. They have earned my business and I will use no one else when I am in the Lexington area.

After Fiancée car fixed by Five Star and it broke down and had to be towed. When. I picked it up I took mine in to get car ready for winter. Had a couple of other items, oil change, tail light. They found an issue with the battery cables. 1.5 hour job and did not have time to repair . Now I will end up renting a car and going somewhere else open on Saturday. I have had really good luck in past guessing staffing issues or just unable to deliver. Asked for Ryan and never heard back.

I'm sorry for your inconvenience, however my records indicate you brought your vehicle in for an oil change and our complimentary inspection. These services alot your vehicle one and a half hours in the shop. We do anticipate finding other service items on vehicles, but can in no way anticipate every combination of possible vehicle repairs that may be needed. It shows in my records that we did go beyond allotted scheduled time to perform some additional work, but could not perform the rest without inconveniencing other customers that already rescheduled for follow up repairs. As with most small business we are understaffed and experence other business related setbacks including parts availability or delays. These are not the fault of our customers and I do apologize that issues occasionally arise.
