I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business. Guess there’s a first time for everything. The customer service was terrible, the manager was rude and “too busy” to answer a phone call. The lady who answered was EXTREMELY rude and borderline racist. Stay away

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your Phone call experience with us. I appologize that when you called in I was assisting another customer and you feel that is rude. I did however take the time to let my service advisor know we would have to decline service on your vehicle, and she should have explained the reason for this or attempted to. However I was informed that she was hung up on before she could explain.

I’ve taken my car here twice before and never had any issues, until yesterday I took my car in for an appointment at 11 am for just a diagnostic test. They said it would take a couple hours before they call me back. I waited around all day for them to call and they never did, finally I tried calling them back twice and no answer. I came to the shop around 5 when they were closing and they were packing up to leave. I would have been without a car all night. The communication here is terrible. And all of this for just a diagnostic test, absolutely no work done on it whatsoever.

I apologize for the lack of communication. We are very busy and unfortunately understaffed. This is no excuse and you should have been contacted. However the statement "no work was done" is a common misconception with diagnostics. Diagnostics is work and in some cases far more difficult than the repair. I do apologize for dropping the ball communication wise, and thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review.

I had a rear wheel bearing that was bad. Noticed over the weekend, and on Monday I needed to get repaired because I was leaving town for the remainder of week for business. Called Monday morning 14th and 5 Star got my vehicle in and repaired by the afternoon. Especially at a fair and reasonable cost. They have won any future business from me. They are a "producer of customer focus and goodwill".

I have grown to trust 5-Star over the years and they are my go to mechanic. They have fixed problems for me after others have failed. They do work for a fair price and listen to the customer. I quit going to other places and now all my vehicles are taken there.

They where so helpful and friendly and made sure they worked with me and let me understand everything that was going on with my car and made sure they kept it straight forward and I appreciate that from them will definitely be my go too mechanic from now on 💪🏾
