I had a rear wheel bearing that was bad. Noticed over the weekend, and on Monday I needed to get repaired because I was leaving town for the remainder of week for business. Called Monday morning 14th and 5 Star got my vehicle in and repaired by the afternoon. Especially at a fair and reasonable cost. They have won any future business from me. They are a "producer of customer focus and goodwill".

I have grown to trust 5-Star over the years and they are my go to mechanic. They have fixed problems for me after others have failed. They do work for a fair price and listen to the customer. I quit going to other places and now all my vehicles are taken there.

They where so helpful and friendly and made sure they worked with me and let me understand everything that was going on with my car and made sure they kept it straight forward and I appreciate that from them will definitely be my go too mechanic from now on 💪🏾

Very professional business with experience

Not sure why I was sent a review. I still haven’t gotten my SUV back. It is 6 days over so when I was supposed to get it back. That’s six more days of paying for a rental car I wasn’t expecting. They did good work on replacing my radiator last time I used them. Not sure what’s going on this time.

Great customer service and Great/Honest work!

They have had our business since 1995 and will never go any place else. I just hope they never close their doors. Kind honest and go the extra miles for customers.
